Poster Information

Posters:

The Macnab Memorial Prize will be awarded to the top three posters submitted by Graduate Students voted on by faculty members. Include poster titles at registration.

Poster dimensions.

Dimensions must not exceed 36” (90 cm) wide by 48” (120 cm) high and in portrait justification. CANNOT BE LARGER due to space constraints.

It’s mandatory to prepare a 3 minute “elevator” speech for your poster which will be included in judging for the prizes. It will also enable more people to view each entry. If folks have questions please keep it brief so more people are able to visit each poster.

Poster location will be presented to you at check-in on Friday morning.
